All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, scope, and individual project requirements. Service pricing is provided as a quote or listed on our website and may be subject to change.

2. Website Hosting Services

For customers using our $0 Website Launch or website hosting services:

• Websites are hosted on our own servers. We maintain and manage all hosting infrastructure.
• The monthly service fee ($40/month or as quoted) covers hosting, maintenance, and standard support.
• You retain ownership of your business content (text, logos, images you provide). Website code and design created by Zaxx Tech Solutions remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate hosting services for non-payment after reasonable notice.
• We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.

3. Security System Installation

Zaxx Tech Solutions is licensed by the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS #11-30241). Our security installation services are performed in accordance with applicable Virginia laws and regulations.

• Equipment warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers. We do not provide separate equipment warranties unless explicitly stated.
• Installation workmanship is guaranteed. If you experience issues related to our installation, contact us and we will address the problem.
• Security systems reduce risk but do not eliminate it. We are not liable for losses resulting from criminal activity, system malfunctions, or events beyond our control.

4. Custom PC Builds

Custom PC builds are assembled using components selected based on your requirements and budget. Component warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers. We stand behind our assembly work and will address any workmanship-related issues.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment terms vary by service and are communicated at the time of engagement.
• Recurring services (website hosting, Google Business Profile management, social media management) are billed monthly at the agreed-upon rate.
• Non-payment of recurring services may result in suspension after reasonable notice.
• Refund policies are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Referral Program

Our referral program pays $50 or more per successful referral. A "successful referral" means the referred customer completes a purchase or signs up for a service. Referral payouts are made after the referred customer's transaction is completed. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zaxx Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
